About CPYM Cross-Training
The equipment you'll find at the CPYM fitness center is primarily free weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc.). We offer various different memberships that are linked below with a price listing. The gym is accessible for use during times that there is not a class (times listed below). Our trainer, Seth Little, currently writes programming that is based around a cross-training methodology. With questions or to schedule a visit you can contact Seth Little, at (717) 649-1226.

In addition to these classes, on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school the gym is open to youth students. This ministry offers a “Workout of the Day”, and a “Workout of the Soul”. Building on “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and body”.
